In a recent post, I talked about how I recently started working out - my best friend, Kara, is a workout queen! She is probably the most fit person I have ever known, so when she told me about a workout video that worked for her, I had no doubts that it would work for me... as I just said, she is extremely fit… so what in the world made me think I could handle what Kara does? Sheer ignorance!
I can't even do the entire 1 hour, but afterwards I my legs are shaking and I can barely hold the blow dryer up to dry to my hair! This video is AWESOME and I’m determined to be able to do the whole thing! Maybe even increase my weights too (since my boyfriend likes to make fun of me for using 3lbs… it is really much harder than it seems Brian!!!). anyway, if you are looking for a great advanced workout that you can do at your house – I definitely suggest Jari Love’s Get Ripped workouts – I am currently trying to tackle Slim and Lean. Thanks Kara!

Your endurance should build up pretty quickly if you do it often. I'm currently working on my own...today is the 2nd day with the PT. I love her!

Ha! I did a workout video once that was WAY too advanced for me too! Good job for trying and sticking with it!
